"Connecting to the Mission” takes an in-depth look at the complexities, challenges, and processes for bringing about change to an existing operation center or developing a new operation center (greenfield) from basic concept of operations.
Best Practices in Control Room Design
Times: 10:00am - 11:00am & 2:00pm - 3:00pm
This workshop will provide a global perspective on the factors that influence the design of mission-critical facilities in terms of safety, risk mitigation, productivity, cost and operator comfort. The significant advances in technology applications in process control systems, video management systems and IT infrastructure are creating opportunities for taking different approaches to planning and design of these types of operations.
