Planar® HRO Series outdoor LED video wall displays are built for close up daylight viewing. The series features a 16:9 aspect ratio making it ideal for outdoor viewing of movies, live sports or presentations with popular resolutions.
Outdoor venues have long had to sacrifice image detail and high resolution for high brightness, making it difficult to brightly show anything more than basic signage at close distances. With the Planar HRO Series’ 3,500 nit brightness and 1.5 millimeter or 1.9mm pixel pitch, some of the smallest in the industry for outdoor LED displays, viewers can enjoy entertainment and presentations from close up, even on sunny days.
Planar HRO Series is built to endure the weather with LED treatments to protect them from ultraviolet rays, dust and water, without negatively impacting the viewing experience. Protective plates on the backside cover cables and mechanics, ensuring long life no matter the environmental factors.
The Planar HRO Series can be used in a variety of outdoor applications such as covered or uncovered business pavilions, amphitheater backdrops, poolside hospitality, transportation signage and retail exteriors. The video walls can be wall mounted hung or stacked. They also feature full front service for no-hassle maintenance.
If designing an outdoor video display seems like too much, consider a Planar® HRO Complete display. It reduces complexity, time and pressure because we’ve packaged everything in one complete solution. Simply select the size that best suits the environment and application, and receive the display, controller, cables, trim and wall mount all included. Available in 130”, 174”, 217” or 260" diagonal sizes.
Planar® HRO-1.5 is a high resolution outdoor LED video wall display built for close up daylight viewing. It features a 16:9 aspect ratio and 1.5 millimeter pixel pitch making it ideal for outdoor media viewing.
