Project Overview
One Liberty Plaza is a 54-story office skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, New York City. A renovation to the building’s ground, mezzanine, second and third floors was completed as part of a project to reimagine those areas. The update added a public café and coffee shop to the ground level and full-service meeting and event spaces to the mezzanine and second floors. The third floor was transformed into nearly 45,000 square feet of flexible office space.
To boost the appeal of the property, a nearly 8-foot-wide, 16-foot-high Planar® TVF Series LED video wall in portrait orientation was installed in the main arrival area on the second floor as a high-end design element. The LED installation increases the ability of the property owner to attract top level tenants and is used for digital signage, supporting client engagements and highlighting upcoming events.
