Warranty Status Check
Enter the part and serial numbers for the unit you wish to check warranty. You may use one wildcard character, an asterisk, (*) at the end of a partial serial number if necessary. The first six characters of the serial number are required, in addition to the asterisk. An example of this is A56982*.
Please note that our serial numbers may contain zero "0" or the letter "O", along with one "1" or the letter "I". If you do not get results, please try again using the opposite character. For example, if you tried A0825K9999 and got no results, please try AO825K9999 with an "O" where the zero was.
All of our part numbers have the following format: XXX-XXXX-XX and are numerical only.
Product Look-Up
Monitors, Touchscreens & Thin Clients
Our product label may be in different locations on the back of your unit but it should look similar to the sample above. All serial numbers will have a bar code with it.
Projectors
The serial number can be found under the top cover for almost all of our projector products. Please make note that there is a serial number (and possibly a barcode) for the lamp itself but you should use the one below the yellow warning sticker or the one closest to the front of the unit.
