Welcome to Planar's web tool which allows you to check the Warranty or Return Material Authorization (RMA) status. If you are checking for warranty, you will need the serial number of your unit. If you are checking on your RMA, you will need the number given to you by our customer service team or the serial number of the defective unit you called on, along with the zip code of where the replacement unit will be shipped.
