We also recognize not all of our customers require the same support, so we have created a comprehensive suite of extended warranties to provide options to meet everyone’s needs. These services include On-Site Support, Next Day Advanced Replacement, extension of the standard warranty and others. By investing in a Planar Service Plan you protect yourself from costly repairs and lengthy downtimes. Most of all, Planar Service will help maximize your value by providing great service and support, display uptime, and performance optimization. Interested in renewing your warranty?

Gold Service  
For optimum support, Planar recommends the Gold Service which provides our highest priority support. In addition to superior technical support, and a standard factory warranty extension, our Gold Service provides next day on-site service for any defective systems.  [Learn more] If a system goes down, Planar will have you back up and running the next day - without hassle. We will manage the entire process to make it as uncomplicated and trouble-free as possible. We recommend this service to healthcare facilities and channel partners who cannot afford product downtime, and do not have dedicated IT resources for installation and removal of displays, and/or do not have the dedicated logistics support required for coordinating returned displays. Planar’s Gold Service Level enables you to focus on your most important asset – the patients – and we’ll take care of the rest. [close]

Silver Service  
For excellent support, Planar recommends the Silver Service to get you up and running within 24 hours. In addition to superior technical support, and a standard warranty extension, the Silver Service provides next day advanced replacement for any defective displays. [Learn more] This service provides immediate response to get you up and running within 24 hours. We recommend this service to channel partners and healthcare facilities that cannot tolerate downtime, but have dedicated IT resources for the installation and removal of the displays, and the dedicated logistics support required for coordinating returned displays. [close]
Available for  Control Room, Dome Medical Imaging DisplaysEL Embedded Displays, 3D/Stereo Display, LX High-Bright Display, and LCD Monitors.
Bronze Service  
For basic care, Planar recommends the Bronze Service to protect you against costly repairs. The Bronze Service extends the standar warranty and provides an option to return your product to Planar for repair. [Learn more] The service provides basic support to protect you against the costly, unforeseen expenses of repairing an out of warranty display and unknown display downtimes. We recommend this service to OEM or healthcare facilities with spare displays available to accommodate Planar’s standard ten day repair time, and/or dedicated IT resources for the installation and removal of displays, and dedicated logistics support required for coordinating returned displays in advance. [close]
