We recommend this service to channel partners and healthcare facilities that cannot tolerate downtime, but have dedicated IT resources for the installation and removal of the displays, and the dedicated logistics support required for coordinating returned displays.  For basic care, Planar recommends Bronze Service which is an extension of the standard one year warranty. In addition to superior technical support, our Bronze service extends your standard one-year warranty. The service provides basic support to protect you against the costly, unforeseen expenses of repairing an out of warranty display and unknown display downtimes. We recommend this service to OEM or healthcare facilities with spare displays available to accommodate Planar’s standard ten day repair time, and/or dedicated IT resources for the installation and removal of displays, and dedicated logistics support required for coordinating returned displays in advance.
