For optimum support, Planar recommends the Gold Warranty which provides our highest priority support. Planar’s Gold Warranty provides next-day air shipping for any defective systems to get you up and running quickly. Planar pays shipping both ways and provides an extended shipping cut-off time for Gold customers. Also provided are annual preventative maintenance visits, starting each year after the standard warranty, to keep your systems in top condition and to help prevent system failures. During the maintenance visit, we also replace your lamps and filters. We recommend this service to customers who cannot afford system downtime and who do not have the dedicated resources for annual maintenance.  Warranty Document (pdf)

Silver Service

For basic support, Planar recommends the Bronze Warranty which provides parts replacement coverage. Planar will ship parts replacements in advanced via ground shipping. Planar pays shipping one way.
