Warranty and RMA Status Check
With Planar's online tools you can check the status of your Warranty or Return Material Authorization (RMA). To check your warranty status you will need the serial number of your unit. To check your RMA Status you will need the number given to you by our customer service team or the serial number of the defective unit, along with the zip code of where the replacement unit will be shipped.
