Silver Service Plan
For expedited service, Planar recommends the Silver Service to get you up and running within 24 hours. In addition to superior technical support, and a standard warranty extension, the Silver Service provides next day advanced replacement for any defective displays. This service provides immediate response to get you up and running within 24 hours. We recommend this service to channel partners and healthcare facilities that cannot tolerate downtime, but have dedicated IT resources for the installation and removal of the displays, and the dedicated logistics support required for coordinating returned displays.
Available for LX High-Bright Displays.
Bronze Service Plan
For basic care, Planar recommends the Bronze Service to protect you against costly repairs. The Bronze Service extends the standar warranty and provides an option to return your product to Planar for repair. The service provides basic support to protect you against the costly, unforeseen expenses of repairing an out of warranty display and unknown display downtimes. We recommend this service to OEM or healthcare facilities with spare displays available to accommodate Planar's standard ten day repair time, and/or dedicated IT resources for the installation and removal of displays, and dedicated logistics support required for coordinating returned displays in advance.
Available for LA and LB Open Frame Displays.
