In Washington D.C., the United States Capitol Visitor Center serves as the main public entry point to the Capitol and is designed to welcome, educate and entertain visitors as they wait for their Capitol tours to commence. Emancipation Hall, part of the visitor center, provides a space that immerses visitors in compelling exhibits and artifacts. This includes two Planar® DirectLight® LED video walls in 7x2 configurations that are mounted on either side of an iconic clock.
The bright, LED video walls allow visitors to obtain information about tickets and tour times, view messages from the café and gift shop as well as learn interesting facts about the many aspects of Emancipation Hall and the Capitol itself.
